This Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes relating to this Privacy Policy shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the arbitration provisions of our Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference and are available on this website. You and we agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial and agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in Travis County, Texas. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
